On Grand Bahamas Island you will be able to find the privacy and seclusion desired for the perfect relaxing vacation. The villa offers many activities for both adventure and relaxation whether it be scuba diving in the reef or spending the day lounging on the beach.

The Lucaya resort from Westin offers villas among there many other options. These villas are part of a large resort that offers golf, spa facilities, casino, shopping, dining, and more. The villas can handle wedding parties and you are right on your own stretch of beach. The resort also offers a kids summer camp making this a great spot for families, as there is something to occupy everyone.

Silver beach Villas are in the town of Freeport on Grand Bahamas Island. These villas are close to several restaurants that include Rum runners, Shenanigan’s Irish Pub, and east Asian Cuisine. There are several other villas scattered around the island and you will be sure to find accommodation that meets all of your desires.

If you are looking for villas to rent in Paradise Island, then I suggest you prepare some extra money. Because, among other islands in the Bahamas, Paradise Island is the most expensive place to stay.

There are several villas available, but in this article I will include the top 2. Their price ranges between USD210-800 per day.

1.  Sunrise Beach Villas

Sunrise Beach Club provides private villas with private beach, located near the Atlantis Casino Complex, Nassau.

They have villas with up to 5 bedrooms with different locations and pricing. And just like other villas and resorts… they charge more during the high season, like Christmas holidays.

A 1-bedroom villa could cost you about USD300 per day, A 2-bedroom villa could cost around USD600 per day. And all of them are located in the garden, not by the beach.

A 3-bedroom villa with ocean view could cost about USD600 during summer and USD1,000 during Christmas holidays.  The 3-bedrooom villa with ocean front could cost you up to USD1,400 per day…

The 4-bedroom villa with ocean view slightly costs less than the ocean front 3-bedroom villa and the 5-bedroom villa costs more than USD3,000 per day.

2. Atlantis Harborside

Atlantis Harborside Villas are designed for groups of 4-9 people. The largest villas only have 3 bedrooms and you can choose between Deluxe or Premium. The Premiums have larger living areas and more facilities.

The 1-bedroom Deluxe villas are 521 square foot of of living space each and can accommodate up to 4 people. The normal cost is about USD350-500 per day.

The 3-bedroom Deluxe villas are 1486 square foot each and are enough for up to 10 people. They cost about USD1,000 per day.

If you want to mingle with the crowds, then you should go for Atlantis Harborside villa. But if you want to get away from the Paradise Island crowds, then you should give Sunrise Beach Villas a try.

Other Paradise Island, Bahamas Villas

Are there other smaller and more private villas in Paradise Island, or the 2 above are the only ones?

Of course there are.

One of them is the one located at the Cabbage Beach. This villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private swimming pool. They charge USD200-250 per day – cheaper than the previous two.
